Shipping Policy

We offer nationwide shipping across Costa Rica, Canada and United States.

Orders to Canada and USA are with UPS, with a 10$ cost.

Orders in Costa Rica are with Correos de Costa Rica, with a 5$ cost.

Shipping details:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with your tracking details.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

  • If there is a delay or issue with your delivery, please contact us through the provided email, WhatsApp, or Instagram DM so we can assist you.

 

 

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, in perfect condition, and include all original tags and packaging.

  • Items purchased on sale are final sale.

  • If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve it as soon as possible.

Return shipping costs:

  • If the return is due to a size, style, or color change, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • If the product arrived damaged or we made a mistake with your order, we will cover the return shipping cost.

To start a return or exchange, contact us with your order number, photos, and the reason for the return.

 

 

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund details:

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the purchase.

  • Refund processing may take up to 10  business days after the item is received and inspected.

  • If the return does not meet the required conditions (used, damaged, missing tags, outside the return window), we may reject it and notify you with an explanation.
